Adeyemi is a Nigerian and the founder of Mazars Consulting and Yemi Sanni & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He has over 14 years of industry-wide experience.
Prior to founding Mazars & Yemi Sanni & Co., he has worked in various banks and left as an Assistant Vice President.

He has over the years gained experience in varied disciplines including:-

1. Tax- providing tax planning support, payroll outsourcing and corporate tax consulting services.
2. Training- proving financial accounting & financial modelling training to clients.
3. Financial advisory- providing valuation advisory, mergers and acquisition support, research and feasibility studies for major projects.

He is a member of Insolvency & Corporate re-engineering; Taxation & Fiscal Policy Management; and Audit, Investigation and Forensic Accounting faculties of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is a member of Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.

Yemi is an accounting graduate from Yaba College of Technology. He also holds a degree in Finance (with first class honours) from University of Finance, Geneva Switzerland (now Geneva Business School).
